How to invest in US Treasury bonds in a simpler way

I am a non-US investor, so TreasuryDirect is not available for me.

I looked into the bond section on Schwab/TDA, but it seems too complicated with too many options like YTM, Coupon, Yield and so on.

For me, the ideal will be a simpler solution. I want to see the duration and interest rate columns. After that, I will choose the duration and enter the amount I want to invest, and bingo. Something like ETF, but I don't know if a 3/6/9/12 month close-ended US-treasury ETF exists. I want to set up a bond ladder.
