My assumption – This war will eventually be over, and I don't see any set of circumstances where Russia will be left in charge. With all the goodwill Ukraine has earned during this war, money to rebuild the country will come flooding in from around the world.
I continue to contribute to agencies supporting the refugees, but how does an American invest in Ukraine's recovery? I'm not finding any Ukraine-specific ETFs.
