How to invest in CDs as non-US resident

I am non US-citizen and never been to US either.

Previously, I was using TD Ameritrade to invest in CDs. Now it's getting merged in Schwab. Unfortunately, Schwab doesn't allow non US-citizens to invest in CDs.

So what else I can do?
