How to cash in a stock certificate. Harris computer systems from 1994

I have a stock certificate from 1994 that was found in the safe. Harris computer systems in Rochester New york

The company is L3 Harris now. I called the stock transfer agent for L3 and they had no records.
I want to cash it in but have no idea how. Any ideas?
