How much of Congresspeople’s stock profits (i.e. Pelosi) are realized before the 45-day reporting mandate? Has anyone tracked this?

been looking into the trades of senators and house members more frequently and have been wondering if any sort of mimicry is worth looking into – their purchases could at least be a guide for what etfs to sell/ buy into but I'm wondering if short term profits are possible. 45 days is a lot of time.
