How much monthly should one invest in ETF’s?

Feedback greatly appreciated on building a sold portfolio with ETF’s.

Currently have 50k in VOO
15K in Amazon, 20k in apple

Any advice would be great I know I’m VOO heavy, is health/medicine good to get into?

I have a bit of WM, RKLB, AMD as well.
