How much do staffing agency owners typically take home from their net income?

I see big agencies like Robert Half with $1.73 billion in revenue and $147.65 million in net income which is 8.55% net profit margin. How much of the net income does the CEO typically take home? What about agencies that aren’t publicly traded? I know that the agencies that are publicly traded, the CEO can take shares to fund their lifestyle but I’d imagine private agencies can’t.

Just curious as to what they make and if it’s low, then I wonder why they stay in it since staffing is notorious for having low profit margins.
