US 10 year treasury hasn't been at 4% since 2008 (and we all know what happened then). Fed has stated their target rate is around 4.5% but personally i don't think it gets that high before they're forced to back down, similar to BoE a couple weeks ago.
any predictions on when/how this breaking point will be reached?
