How does one track the stock trades (as in the immediate ones) of hedge funds or other rich people?

I am aware of websites like Hedge Follow (https://hedgefollow.com) and Finviz (https://finviz.com/insidertrading.ashx) to help people see what is happening in the market for large buys and sells from the rich. However if one of us wants to see what a hedge fund traded the same day how can we do that? Hedge Follow appears to only show things in a delay – and the market can move quickly.
