When you are evaluating a company, do you take its brand strength and recognition into account? If so, as an intangible, how do you value this aspect of a company?
For example, take a company like Disney. Regardless of if you like their new content or theme park rides there will be a huge base of loyalists for the foreseeable future (parents taking their kids to see the new Disney movie, people wanting to go back to Disney World for nostalgia, etc.). Surely this has some value?
