How do you think widespread adoption of driverless technology would affect infrastructure stocks?

Recently Waymo and Cruise were approved to operate their driverless taxis in San Francisco 24/7. While I think we are still at least a decade away from a large scale adoption of driverless tech, I'd like to start looking at infrastructure stocks that may be positioned to benefit from this paradigm shift. There are many different ways this could play out and odds are it evolves in ways I haven't even thought of yet but based on my assumptions below, what companies do you think I should look at?
People no longer feel the need to own a car. Instead they pay a yearly fee for a driverless taxi service. This world was built for personal use cars. I think I read a stat somewhere that more square footage is dedicated to housing our cars in major cities than people. What companies would undertake the conversion of infrastructure for parking to other uses?
Cars are on the road for more hours of the day. Driverless trucking operating at all hours of the day. People sleeping/working in their cars on the way to work allowing them to commute longer distances. Possible reduction in air travel if people are more willing to sleep in a taxi for 6 hours overnight then to fly 2 hours. All of this would lead to more wear and tear to infrastructure.
