This is probably me being very dumb but why can't I see 2021's annaul reports, balance sheets, and cash flows for OTC stocks?
Example to see what I am reffering to: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/AASZF/financials.
Are they not out yet? If not, when do they come out?
Secondly, why do quarterly reports appear to be semi-annually? (they have columns for June and December)
There are no 2021 annual reports in the disclosure section either.
Please advise. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I can only recompense with an upvote.
