How do bag holders deal with the new price ceilings of their stocks not being at their break even?

Im not going to name the stock this question was based off of to have it be piled on since there are dozens of stocks that are down 50-85% from their 2021 highs so the question can be more general.

But will give an example with some made up numbers. Lets say a stocks ATH in 2021 was $400. Your average cost basis is $200 well below the ATH. But that stock is trading at $75 in 2022. Analyst downgrade the stock and cut their price target to $125. How do you now deal with that?
