How do 0DTE options work?

Any resource to explain options or 0DTE or whatever it was this youtuber (Peachy Investor) was doing:

This youtuber was doing a $1000 challenge with options trading $TSLA and managed to make 100% from a $4.50 price drop ($202 to $107.50).

If I were to buy stocks with just $1000, I would only be able to afford 4 stocks of TSLA at $202, maybe 5 stocks if I go a little over my $1000 budget.

Please explain these 0dte options. Aren’t options in lot sizes? So 1 option is 100 stocks, but TSLA at $202 x100 stocks is $20,200! How is $1000 enough for options?

Thank you!
