High dividend return stocks

Hi everyone, looking for some recommendation on high dividend return stocks.

I am an amateur at stocks but I do invest in growth tech companies “apple, Nvidia, AMD, etc…”

Any advice will be great, maybe your top 3 best recommended? Additionally, should I just leave money in there or should I switch around?
