help with a scammy broker
I made a big mistake in using an offshore broker to buy and sell stocks , I made around 40k in the recent market downturn because I was shorting every week , now my profit stands at 40k and my total account value is 80k
I tried to withdraw money and they said they are in the process of sending me the money but they never do , back and forth emails for 3 months now
Someone mentioned to me that I can actually use arbitrage to take my money without even withdrawing
I can buy and sell stocks on the account still so what should I do ?
Anyone knows how to approach the arbitrage method ?
