Help. Robinhood, losing more money on iron condor than was stated as the max loss when purchasing

I did a 3 option order of DBX. 2 sell calls $22, for 1.09. 1 buy call at $22.5, 0.56; and 1 buy call at $21.5, 1.14. The max loss it had stated was $12, the premium I payed. Why am I at -67? -575.00%??
