I have some cash waiting to be invested which I originally allocated to diversify into real estate, but feel like the properties are way overpriced and with mortgage rates going up, I feel like I should stick to stock market for the time being.
I have enough invested in ETFs, so I am not looking for “VTI and chill” recommendation.
I have a high risk appetite, don’t need the money for another 20 – 25 years at a minimum.
I am not a fan of typical fan favorites like GOOG, MSFT, NVDA etc because I already have decent exposure to them via my ETFs and 401K.
I am looking for potential 3x, 5x or 10x opportunities over long term, fully aware that these could go to zero as well.
I am a contrarian investor who now wants to start buying good growth stocks across various industries at a perceived discount spread over the next 12 months.
That said, can you please help weed out absolute stinkers from the below list of 25 that I have identified? Perhaps give a short explanation why? I don’t have a set number in mind, just want to know why you think some of these are absolute garbage. I promise to do my own DD too. Thanks!
