Help me improve my Stock research spreadsheet!

Spreadsheet (with example #s): https://imgur.com/a/NiNJfPs

I made a pretty basic spreadsheet to track my thoughts on all of the stocks that I look at based on criteria that I value. I don't really enjoy super technical spreadsheets that analyze every ratio out there (I have a day job), so I included 9 categories for me to research and apply a rating in for each company that I look at. These 9 categories are averaged to produce a final score. I use the scores to weed out companies that I don't want to get caught up in (GME, FB) even though they may be tempting on a per day/week basis. Basically, it. keeps me honest to a long term strategy. Also, it allows me to look back at what I thought of companies when I come across them again in the future.

I wanted to share and see if anyone has any advice or thoughts on this approach or the spreadsheet. Something I am struggling with at the moment is how to give categories like “balance sheet” or “free cash flow” more objective ratings company-to-company. Of course, this method will always be totally subjective, just looking for clever ideas to incorporate that you all may have.

Thanks!
