What are the thoughts on Hashicorp (HCP)? I am confused by the volatility and short interest on this company. It IPOd in December at $80 and has tanked on no news and no earnings. The reported short interest is around 28% which is high also, yet the company appears to be strong. They have an avid following, compete in the big leagues with who their customers are, and the future of their industry is quite lucrative.
The short interest scares me off and how it had lost so much value for no apparent reasons.
Does anyone have an opinion on this one?
