Have there been any IPOs in this market that have done well initially, fell, then rebounded?

I feel like IPOs in the past two years all have fell significantly. Is there a reason behind poor IPO performance recently? Have there been companies that went public that did well at first, fell, then went back up again? The rebound does not have to be right now, just historically. Within a 5 year time horizon preferably

What are your thoughts on IPOs? Would you invest in upcoming ones or wait and see?
