Have I somehow messed up?

I have money in my Vanguard FTSE Global All Cap Index Fund Accumulation portfolio.

From what I can see, the market is doing really well and according to Vanguard's website, we should be up +1.50%

However as of today (25th of Feb) I'm still -8.60% in the red. I've been in the red every single day now for almost 4 months.

I don't understand this. If the markets are doing well, and the Vanguard website says we're sitting at 1.50%, why is my portfolio still performing so poorly?
