This is in reference to the new netflix “feature” which raises prices for those who share on multiple devices. I know numerous people who have said that it isn't worth it at the new rates and will be cancelling, we will see how this turns out at earnings but I can't imagine it will be good.
My main concern is with tech companies who believe that infinite growth at exorbenant rates is possible forever, it isn't. Typically when companies stop this crazy growth they start to hand out a dividend to investors, but now it seems that tech cannot fathom giving a dividend to long term investors. When will this model of believing you can grow subscribers or consumers past the amount of people on earth come to an end?
