I have an opportunity to buy Rubrik share at 5B$ valuation. Rubrik is a data management and backup company.
The valuation that I am getting seems good. Their last investment round was in 2019 at 3.3B$ valuation. After that Microsoft infused a small amount into Rubrik (a few million) at 4B$ valuation, in return for that Rubrik also got access to microsoft customers (they now do backup for office data).
Do you guys have any opinion on the company?
