I don't know where to ask this question. I'm sorry if it's against the rules. I'm just curious to know if anyone has had this negative experience with the people in charge of managing Disney Shares (disney.computershare.com). All I want is to recover my account because the account was made by my grandfather, who is now deceased, for me. I am the holder of said stock and he was the custodian. I don't have the stock certificate, but I know the number and most information. They're being a pain in my neck about getting access and all. Any ideas what I can do?
