Has anyone else noticed how many fraudulent “stock” experts / traders there are on Twitter?

They claim they’ve made millions through day trading and will lead their investors into terrible trades, but when the stock crashes they claim they sold at the perfect time. It’s all fake…. Do people take these accounts seriously?
