Has any company stated in their SEC filings about fake shares/synthetic shares?

In $BBBY 14A Filing, they stated this statement, usually I never seen filings actually state fake or synthetic shares, only by the meme community. Are there another examples of other companies stating this statement? It is a good way to protect themselves by stating they do not recognize it and not liable in any way if anything happens such as a SEC investigation, they can't be held accountable because they stated they aren't aware of it and only report based on the third party numbers (kind of hinting that obviously the third party numbers can be compromised). I do not need to hear about the company of BBBY, and your opinions on it, I just want to hear about other companies that had a similar statement in their FILINGS, not tweet, not article. Thanks!
