Green energy and renewables for 2023

It seems next year, USA will invest a total of $44.9 billion in discretionary budget authority to tackle the climate crisis, $16.7 billion more than FY 2021 or an increase of nearly 60 percent. These and other long-term investments include building clean energy projects, deployment of clean energy infrastructures among many other targets.

In China, they are aiming for mega base projects and distributed renewables that will drive most of the renewables capacity grown and increase investments in flexible power and transmission to help accommodate a high penetration of renewables as well.

Do you guys think it's a good time to get into a green energy/renewable energy ETF for a long term? If so, which ones are the best out there? Thanks
