I'm reading through financials, but there are some traps I'm not yet well versed on how to catch. For example, while F looks great at first glance, I've caught word that they are having difficulty with their debts, which will straddle them for years to come.
I consider myself a long-term investor. I like to pick stocks that I expect to do well over the span of decades and hold onto them. I like to emphasize mid-size market cap companies with lots of growth potential. I do realize that these are all large-size market cap companies though, which I'm not inherently opposed to, as they offer a bit more stability to my portfolio.
So if you were in my place, what would you pick? Why those stocks in particular? Ideally, I'd like to hold whatever I pick rather than immediately sell it. No promises I'll do what you recommend, but I value the input.
