“Shareholders of record on July 1, 2022, will receive 19 additional shares for every share owned on July 15, 2022”
I know this was asked before but there was no explanation on the emphasis of July 1. To receive the additional shares, were you supposed to already own a share before July 1? If not, then why is the July 1 date there?
