I'll admit, I have too much money invested in stocks that I feel comfortable with. It was fine when my profits were 20-30K+ and I couldn't imagine the marketing dropping by this much. But my gains approach 0 I find myself checking my trading app every 10 minutes and praying it will go up so I won't be in the red. I'm already mad at myself for not cashing out while I was up more and not I'm terrified all my gains will be wiped out and I'll start losing money.
At the same time, I don't want to sell knowing I could've had much more profits and I'm hoping it will go up and the golden rule is not to sell at the bottom. 2/3 of my portfolio are blue chips or SP500, but the thought of going red makes me feel sick.
Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!
