Are there any stocks that don't fluctuate with the market but have a return on capital?
I'm focusing on fixed income right now as an investment strategy and instead of immediately re-investing dividends back into the stock, I'd like to hold onto them and while waiting for a good time. So the general idea would be to purchase shares of this fixed-priced security while receiving some kind of return then sell them when something opens up.
I already have some bonds, mutual funds, closed-ended funds, etc but everything seems to fluctuate at the same time.
