First time delving into the stock market, thinking of buying 2 $MSFT with the limited budget I have but not sure what exactly to do.

I believe next Monday or Tuesday Microsoft will be announcing how much they will be investing into (or further) into the ChatGPT AI and I want to know what to actually do when that time comes. I'm not very knowledged onstocks and I know some of the things I say here will not sound correct or how people talk about it but I have a good understanding of it.

I want some advice on what to do to get my foot in the door for the moment it happens next Monday/Tuesday.
