Filing taxes for 0.77 cent gain…?

Hi guys! This is my first time paying taxes as I just got my first job and brokerage account in 2021. This is I heard you have to report and file taxes on any gain you make from stocks over the year. I was filing to TurboTax and they wouldn't let me file for free as I had a different tax situation than their “simple filer.” The thing is I only made 0.77 cents over the whole year as I barely sold any stock and only received 4 dollars in dividends. That doesn't really make it worth it to fork up and extra 74$ to just file the tiny “profit” I made on my stocks. Is there any way to file and report my stocks for free? Or do I even have to file them at all?
