FAANG workers, can you outline how the tech correction has impacted your RSU portion of your income?


I am curious how it all works. I think some specific case examples might be educational for us.

How many shares do you get per year? Is there a strike price or do you just get shares outright? For example, for a FB employee, how has your financial profile specifically changed in the last year as FB dropped from $350 to $100. I am hoping to learn some case studies with real numbers and amounts. Or maybe someone can post a link to this already discussed question?
