Everyone wants the market at 3000. Why doesn’t Powell just lower it?

I mean CNBC analysts are all mostly predicting 3300 3000 2900 etc.

Why not just make it easy and lower the sp500 to that level so that all the people and institutions and smart money can buy in lower?

Why can't Powell just get it over with and tell everyone that he's gonna drop the market to 3000 and start over?

I mean he could just let everyone know ahead of time so that they could maybe raise 50% cash and then he reduces market to 3000 let's say.

Then everyone could stop complaining that the market was overvalued etc and just put their monies to work at 3000?

Or even better drop it to 2000 and that'll make everyone rich in 5 years or whatever.

I don't know …. just a thought
