European need advice about USA ETFs / Stocks

Hello,

I am EU citizen (Lithuania) and have been using Revolut for trading USA stocks (mostly just holding technology stocks).

With so much volatility recently I am thinking of putting most of my net worth into ETFs. I would love to own some sp500. However, there is no option to buy that in Revolut (Europe don't allow to buy US ETFs, and there are no EU ETFs in the app either (because there are no EU stocks, just US)).

So I have 2 questions:

  1. Are there any credible apps/websites that would allow me to buy sp500 (or equivalent, I heard 212 have some EU ETFs? Not sure if I like that app though (any feedback?), would rather try Interactive Brokers or something but not sure really)
  2. If you had to choose total of 20-30 stocks to own from sp500 (all kind of sectors), which stocks would you pick? I understand that's a tough question hah, if I cant get ETFs I might as well just diversify my technology stocks a little bit.

Thanks!
