EDR merges with WWE as 51% owner to become TKO tomorrow. What happens to my stocks?

I own 100 shares of EDR, and am unsure what will happen once the new company is formed. TKO will be the new ticker. Most of the news I’ve read discusses what will happen for owners of WWE, but I own EDR. Do I get 100 shares of TKO now? Do I get an equal cash value of the new stock? Or do I get paid out for their value once EDR is closed out?
