Does the Bloomberg sub natural gas index give you exposure to the world market or just North America?

Natural gas is pretty much on the floor and I want to buy some GAZ and BOIL. But if I don’t have any chance in Europe or Asias future markets that changes the picture a great deal for me. Does anyone know if the market is limited to North America or not?
