Does the $25,000 Pattern Day Trader Limit include cash or not?

Let's say hypothetically that I had an account with $1000 worth of stocks and $30,000 worth of cash.

Let's say I got marked as a pattern day trader today.

As long as I'm over $25k at market close would there be any possibility of my account getting limited?
