Does having multiple IRAs negatively affect gains compared to holding everything in one account?

Assuming you had 6 IRAs funded with 1000 dollars each at the beginning of the year all holding the same stocks with the same fees, versus an account holding 6000 dollars of the same stocks and fees. Would you expect the 6 accounts to do worse or the same as the single account?
