does anyone trade price to book value what are your thoughts

With the Guage of markets being over sold and over bought. Why not just use book value.

Tsla had book value buy @ 680-700
Googl after stock split book value buy @ 85 -100

And tons of others have great buys on book value. And I don't seem to see anyone here talking about it.
