Does anyone know when the JetBlue breakup fee to spirit shareholders is owed?

I'm unfortunately still holding my spirit stock because I'm waiting for the breakup payment. I can't seem to find information online as to when and how much per share is owed though. Any information that can be shared would be amazing. Thanks in advance
