Does anyone have a list of all the brokerages that offer stock splits?

I know there are a ton of brokerages like Robinhood, Webull, Tradier, etc… when buying one share of a company that is about to perform a stock split, you will often get one whole share if you have any fractional shares (rounded up so now you have one whole share). However, there are some brokerages that don't do this, such as Vanguard (they didnt round up my share).
