Do you think we’re in a bubble? Why or why not?

I'm torn. On the one hand, stocks are still down from their ATHs, but on the other, there's a pending recession, issues with banks, tech layoffs, and we're still waiting for the hikes to make their way through the economy. It's tough to make sense of all this. If I didn't have a large sum to invest, I'd DCA without a second thought. In my view, though, this is a bubble. Evaluations are too high for me, but maybe I'm missing something or not looking forward? Of course NVDA etc are way overvalued right now but the rest of the market still seems a little expensive. Are we just waiting for it to be burst? What do you guys think? Bubble or no bubble?
