Do you think tobacco stocks will be affected by the New Zealand legislation banning cigarettes for future generations?

I hold a fairly big position in BATS which has been doing well over the past few years. However I'm just wondering if anyone is worried about the recent legislation in New Zealand banning cigarettes for future generations, and whether it could be an indicator of things to come? Any advice welcome.
