Do you list every trade on form 8849?

Do you list every trade on form 8849 or only the ones with adjustments?

It says on form 8849 that you may “aggregate all transactions on schedule d for which there are no adjustments or codes.

I have only a handful of trades with wash sales, but most have no adjustments or codes.
