Do you know Comcast has puts on Hulu to make Disney pay at least $10billion they don’t have?

I keep seeing people talking about Disney box office failures, parks attendance fluctuations, Disney+ subscribers etc. These are all pittance nothing burgers compared to Hulu acquisition.

Comcast is claiming they are actually owed $27 billion. Disney does not have that money. They are going to have to fire sale anything left of value, or take on debt at much less favorable rates, or some other shareholder harming tactic.

Why is no one aware of this?
