These guys were charged by the SEC for P&D shenanigans, apparently they are influencers on Discord. Edward Constantinescu , Perry Matlock, John Rybarczyk ,Dan Knight, along with Gary Deel and Tom Cooperman, Stefan Hrvatin and Mitchell Hennessey.
