Do i need to pay tax on my Equity?

Hi all,

Im deeply invested in a share in my private time and i am currently minus there. I also get equity from work from another stock and the payment will be vested end of august. On the “private stock” that i own i have more in minus then the incoming vested equity is from work. Lets say that i have minus 10k in my private investing and then the work equity vesting is worth 7k that will be paid out to me. Do i still need to pay taxes for the work equity if im minus in private investing? Im located in Europe.
